Hello and Happy Holidays from April & Reyn! 

We would love to extend our warmest wishes for a healthy, abundant and hopeful New Year ahead.  We sincerely hope you & your loved ones made it through the toughest years of the pandemic and are looking forward to the light of hope that each new year brings forth. 

This past year and especially the last few months, have been filled with an abundance of effort stewarding our biggest dream and greatest gifts. We set aside the holiday rituals for 2022 and focused harder than we ever have this December. And for that, we have some good news to share on our journey into a bright future in Costa Rica— OMAVIA.


OMAVIA Defined

We want to first share some more about OMAVIA’s mission and how, through a regenerative retreat center, we are building a living blueprint for the future. OMAVIA is a community-first focused project, building regenerative systems that will solve for food, water and energy - disrupting centralized systems with localized solutions that are scalable and can be disseminated globally. The goal, human sovereignty and planetary wellness through bio-centric design, development, education and deployment. This will all be packaged inside a beautiful coastal mountain top wellness retreat center - acting as a showroom for human and planetary wellness, approaches and technologies.  In short, we are building a model for how to break out of the centralized systems that control and impact our health, wellness and overall sense of freedom.  We have a large vision, multi-phase plan, powerhouse of a team and a humble low risk way to activate our project path and the land with minimal development in our Phase 1 glamping plan.


November + December Recap

To summarize, so far we successfully met critical milestones for November and December, gained a favorable expansion on our land acquisition terms, discovered an exciting new strategy for raising capital - specifically to buyout our property and, OMAVIA landed our first wave of Founding Funders into our Seed Round.  Beginning November 25th to date, $30K has been raised and expensed towards land acquisition and was the gas in the tank we needed to get over our first wave of requirements.  With our first milestone crossed and with the extension of time we were able to discover an amazing opportunity to finance our land acquisition.


Next Steps on our Funding + Strategy

Our next steps are very exciting as we activate and gain access to key partnerships in global crowdfunding and we begin to entertain our scheduled meetings with private investors on the land in Costa Rica Jan - March. One of our key partnerships with LaunchBoom will enable us to turn $50-75k into an excess of $650k - buying out our land and generating over half a million in market validating pre-sales!

This advancement is very exciting as it will allow us to activate global community support, purchase our property in Costa Rica and take a slower approach to equity investment for development as we will not require those relationships to purchase our property. This will position OMAVIA in a uniquely ideal position to negotiate as we will own our land outright and have generated market validating pre-sales - giving OMAVIA a higher valuation and stronger position in all activities and negotiations ahead.

OMAVIA is presently networked with local and international creatives, designers, architects, permaculturists, scientific researchers, wellness leaders and holistic health professionals - ready and in waiting to begin building.  Additionally, we have built-in bookings in two areas - our LaunchBoom global crowdfunding strategy and our local partnerships with Costa Rican businesses where OMAVIA will capture overflow, up-sales and cross-sales bookings. We expect no delays in beginning development since Phase 1 requires no major construction permits to build or open to the public. We have a turn-key scalable business venture that is perfect for investors excited to build something very unique while also being a part of a positive social and environmental impact community.


Join Us on this Mission

We would love your support expanding our list of Donors, Micro-investors and Angel investors  Investors that enter our Seed Round will get 2x(+) return in three years. The Seed Round will keep our land deal alive and activate our land acquisition / Phase 1 development funding strategies. This strategy includes crowdfunding and entertaining in person investor meetings on the land scheduled for Jan - March.  We can do all that all on a shoestring of $155k. The full Seed Cap of $250k offers legroom, securities and contingencies - plus enables us a larger reach on our crowdfunding marketing ad buys if needed.  

Angel investors enable us to keep momentum, run a successful crowdfunding campaign and get to Costa Rica to set up the land to entertain our scheduled in person investor meetings.  We have full faith with the work we have put into crowdfunding strategy, production and the LaucnBoom partnership activated - we will be able to buy out the property, and then some, before the end of March 2023.  This places us in a perfect position by securing the land which will allow us greater ease in selecting the correct equity partner for development.

Our $250k Seed Cap will mature and produce a return after three years, on Dec 31st 2025.

LAUNCHBOOM + GLOBAL CROWDFUNDING

It should be noted that our crowdfunding partners LaunchBoom have worked with similar startups in the hospitality and glamping sectors - generating high six and even seven figure campaigns, check their website (see www.launchboom.com).  With LaunchBoom and indiegogo we can buy our land outright while gaining market validation - entering the market early with pre-sales.  

Our Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign is about 75% complete in regards to the design and copy. This can quickly be finalized and activated by February - funded by mid March 2023.  Aside from LaunchBoom’s dynamic online marketing strategies - which have guaranteed success rates - the company has its own community of over 20 million that our venture will be presented to. With global exposure in the hundreds of millions, we expect to raise between $575 - $850k.  See Bubble Hotel as an example.
